The auction division is headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee at Maryland Farms. Barnes went on to add that his newly formed auction division will be operated by three managing members, veteran and well known auctioneers Bobby Blackford, David Gilliam and Ralph McKee. President David Barnes further stated that the managing members will be responsible for all aspects of his auction operations with each of his nine (9) middle Tennessee offices and 367 professional real estate agents, Blackford, Gilliam and McKee expect to conduct one hundred plus auctions in 2005.

They stated that the latest of auction technology, such as on-line live internet auctions and visual virtual internet tours in addition to their exciting and always fun on-site auctions will be utilized to help Coldwell Banker Barnes to continue to be the leader in real estate sources in the mid-state area.
